That’s the worst when you order something and it's not exactly what you expected! You're in luck! We accept returns of unworn, unwashed, unused items, with tags still attached to the product within 30 days of shipment. ADB does not exchange products but will return for a full refund if item returned meets criteria. If you would like to exchange a product, please contact the ADB Seller directly. You will find that information within your account under order history. Please include a copy of the return form and invoice that was sent in your package. Please do not send items back to the seller if items do not meet this criteria. ADB and it's sellers are not responsible for items shipped back to them that do not meet this criteria.
Sometimes items come with defects and our sellers will gladly accept returns for these items and we will exchange the item if it is still in stock at no extra shipping expense to the customer. If you lost your return form, please login to your account to print a new one. You will also need to make sure you return the item back to the seller's correct shipping address. You will find this information in your order history or on your invoice included with your package.
